Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your AZ777 login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. AZ777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Closure

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. AZ777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit may be returned and the account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed in the banking section of your AZ777 account. These limits may change from time to time. AZ777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside AZ777's control.

Deposits are generally credited to your AZ777 balance immediately or within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on processing times. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact AZ777 support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from AZ777 are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. AZ777 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly — verified accounts with standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within the same session for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

5.1 Verification Requirement

Before your first withdrawal is processed, AZ777 requires you to complete identity verification. This involves providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof that the payment method belongs to you. This is a one-time process for most accounts. AZ777 may request re-verification at any time if account details change or unusual activity is detected.

6.3 Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period which begins from the date of activation or the date of deposit, depending on the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements before the expiry date will be removed from your balance.
